According to Census data, 90,000 people live in the area known as Natomas. Located close to two major freeways and downtown Sacramento makes this location a popular destination for visitors and commuters alike. There are over 2.8 million square feet of local-serving retail plazas and large regional shopping centers in the area.
The neighborhood is served by a major airport and various industrial parks, educational institutions, and other businesses, making it an ideal site for future job growth, residential expansion, and mixed-use development.
